Although I ended up not needing storage as I purchased a house just in the nick of time, Brittany at the Port Perry (Utica)location was fantastic. She explained everything very well, and certainly put my mind at ease. When I had to cancel she congratulated me on my new home purchase - no issues to cancel. Brittany is a true asset to the company with her great attitude and customer service.
